The entire staff will use their name and belt number on the nameplate and in the orders and instructions. Has a tremendous order arrived? This should be done in every government department and public places in our country. Caste advertisements in any caste name and public places should be completely stopped. We come every day to see that in the name of showing their influence on their private vehicles, people spread unrest in society. People misuse their vehicles by writing their name, caste, post name of organizations, various symbols, ex-post, village name. This tradition is increasing day by day. Such activities are increasing in the atmosphere of unrest, which is on the peak every day. Racism is also flourishing with this tradition. The songs of modern times are influenced by caste, which has the opposite effect on the rest of the people and they consider themselves inferior or go ahead in creating equal social tension, which is not good for our country. Today the wandering young generation needs to show the right path and the caste song. Poems and articles need to be excluded from society. Legal screws should be tightened immediately on all these as well. By doing this, the feelings of caste-based partisanship will decrease in the thinking of common people towards government departments. All will work in solidarity among themselves and credibility will increase among the people. In independent India, caste has influenced many areas of social activities. Caste is now widely recognized in representative political institutions. Caste has had its influence in the Indian Army organization. In the past, caste was a big part of its organization, India inherited this legacy from the British and since then this situation has remained. However, the British traditionally organized the army separately and in an attempt to recruit Indians into their army, they looked for martial talents, who came from different classes. They identified and designated certain caste and religious groups as 'martial races', and gave them preference over others for enlistment in the army. These 'martial races' included Rajputs, Jats, Marathas, Sikhs, Dogras, Gorkhas, and Mahars. Caste views were not only evident in the formation of some regiments in the army, but were also seen in some other aspects of the army. For example, barbers, washermen, and scavengers in the army usually recruited nays, washermen, and cannabis from their respective castes. Were; And some laborers were raised in the army, mostly Harijans. Thus the British not only encouraged casteist ideas but promoted the idea of 'martial race' in India, and incorporated it into the organization of the British Indian Army, which had inherited independent India. The question of whether a 'martial race' existed? The past is a historical one and therefore beyond my ability to respond. But the fact of the matter is that the military, as any other aspect of social structure, reflects the key features of social stratification, as it affects social structure by determining the distribution of power and the ability to use it. But now caste identity is working to divide us especially in subjects related to government jobs and public places, this should not happen. The central government should enact a strict law by bringing a bill on this subject, in which any government staff should use only their first name and departmental code. Caste's name should be strictly prohibited. There should be a restriction on the people related to elections and public works that they should not provoke caste sentiments. In the context of road safety too, various signs and slogans written on vehicles distract the attention of other drivers. Due to this, there is a possibility of a road accident. In such a situation, strict traffic rules should be enforced to ban this deadly activity. For social change, caste names have to be taken out of life. Only then will there be uniformity in the society and harmony will increase. Anyway, the practice based on which castes were formed has now disappeared. We cannot identify barber, washerman, potter, eater, goldsmith, and others based on work. Today's generation is working according to its ability and mind. Then why need all these also? If casteism ends, more than half the problems of the country will automatically end. Small decisions taken today can make tomorrow golden. Anyway, the caste has tried to divide this country again and again. If this is true, then the first need is that caste domination is destroyed to some extent. If God is also angry with this cruel practice, then it should be eradicated even more.
